The Elite Theatre Company, Oxnard's award-winning community theatre
company, is dedicated to enhancing the artistic health of the
community by cultivating the theatrical talents of local amateur
and semi-professional artists.
Founded in 1994, E.T.C. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization,
run almost entirely by volunteers. The Artistic Director, box
office attendants, production crew, set designers and board members
all donate their time and talents to produce Elite's five-show
season. The talented actors you see on stage are also unpaid,
sometimes dedicating as many as twelve weeks per show, including
rehearsal time, for the opportunity to perform here at the Petit
Playhouse.
As much as we value our season subscribers and individual ticket
holders, it is no secret that ticket sales in arts account for
only a portion of annual revenue. The support that really makes
it all happen comes from donations above and beyond, from people
